Make no mistake, if you have heard Sarina vocalize, or had the pleasure of experiencing her perform, it is true, honest, and refreshing in every sense of the word. She is a sought after seasoned professional. 

Her experience with session recordings, range as a backing vocalist for record labels, to the lead vocal for advertising campaigns such as, Toyota, K-Mart, and others. As a live performer Sarina has been involved in many different projects, from Salsa Bands to R&B and Gospel, front and backing vocals. Also busy freelancing Sarina can draw from plenty of experience over the years from a variety of line ups, such as duos, live bands, production shows, live recordings, charity events, and corporate affairs. From the small bar to the larger facility with venues that include, The Entertainment Centre, Stadium Australia, Parramatta Stadium, Homebush Superdome, The Aqua Shell Darling Harbour, and others. 

Sarina’s training includes, vocal, dance, musicianship, songwriting, guitar, piano and performance.
In 1994 she completed a 2 year full-time course achieving a Diploma in Creative Arts which she majored in Vocals and Musicianship.

Sarina’s talent and skill led her to the position of Musical Director in her local church, with which she was voluntarily but faithfully committed to for 9 years, responsible for instrumentation and vocal arrangements for the Music Department. This role also included her personal contribution as a guitarist, singer and at times a Choir Director.
With roots that were born from Gospel, in 1999, she had the opportunity to record a church project, album titled “Stir it up”, of which she sang and wrote 10 tracks.

Other credits, involve teaching as a private tutor from home, to vocal styling in a class environment. She was also offered a teaching role in The Jaanz School of Singing.

Also busy freelancing, other involvements include Kere Buchanan’s Production of “Back on the block” a tribute to Quincy Jones exclusive only to Sydney’s premier venue; The Basement, “The Gospel Show” fronted by Doug Williams, Delilah and Armondo Hurley, and other show’s such as Peter Byrne’s “Forever Diamond”, tribute to Neil Diamond, and The Irish Show.

Her passion for songwriting has taken Sarina to a new level, quickly making a name for herself as an artist. Teaming up with co writers and circuiting original venues with her music, gaining renowned respect from colleagues and a solid following from fans and friends. 

Just some venues in which she has showcased; The Basement, The Gaelic Club, The Bridge Hotel, Hotel Bondi, Charing Cross, The Empire, The Cat & Fiddle, The Unity Hotel, Manly Boatshed, The Spectrum and more. And with credible performances they have been requested to support celebrity artists such as Wendy Matthews, Richard Clapton, along with other local artists such as, Doug Williams, Sandrine, Iota, Freeway etc

Just recently one of her tracks taken from an original showcase as a live recording, now featured on a compilation album, “Live at the Cat” Volume 1 by 456 Records, promoted by local radio stations, receiving airplay such as FM FBI 94.5

Also currently featured as an artist in Club Acoustica, a credible resource of Australian talent, and other like resources such as The Acoustic Lounge and Songwriters Live.

Channel Ten’s Television show “The Resort” in Fiji, was one showcase that allowed Sarina the exposure she so clearly deserves along with other original acts, airing over Easter weekend, 2004.

Recently Sarina starred in TV’s Commercial for email cash, gaining a speaking role for the television campaign in Australia & New Zealand in 2005. Also in 2005, acting very much a passion, Sarina was very proud to be chosen for a role, as co-star in a short film called “Blinding”, and later in the year casted as Bethany, star of the short film; “Bethany says no”. In addition to this year, Television Producers and Talent Scouts invited Sarina to participate in their TV Show Pilot, namely “Unsigned & Unplugged” to perform, showcasing her own artistry with her very own band playing her original music, this was an opportunity for vital exposure and also a very much needed tool for DVD promotion.
